A year ago, during the World Water Day celebrations, the Pihak Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (the water czars in Penang) allowed public entry into their water treatment facility in the Botanical Gardens. Lo and behold, just right behind the treatment plant, a flight of steps away lies a waterfall.
At last, it all made sense.
This year, needless to say, I went again and for the lack of a better picture, I give you a typical shot of a typical waterfall.

Boring huh? Well, then since we are into this boring stuff, I'll bore you with one more, it can't get any worst.
